Spacious flat off Byres Road in Glasgow's West End

This spacious flat has a large shared living room and a double bedroom available to rent. My housemate is moving back to Saudi Arabia so looking for a new housemate.

The flat is well located in the heart of Glasgow's West End, towards the bottom of Byres Road. The Kelvinhall subway station is 3 minutes walk away and there are nice bakeries, coffee-shops and eateries within a similiar radius.

We have a vibrant garden in the close with a picnic table. This is a nice oasis when you want to soak up the sun without traffic and people.

There is a small kitchen, shower room and hallway. There are also two large walk-in closets. Bills are approximately £50 / month each and council tax is £110 each without the discount.

I am a junior doctor working in Inverclyde Hospital in Greenock. I have been living in this flat since May 2021. In my spare time I like exercising, getting out in nature, dancing, cooking and reading. I am pretty easygoing as a housemate but I like to keep the flat clean.
