About me:

Hi, I’m Gregor – an easy-going, sociable masters student who enjoys running, padel, football, skiing, and spending time with friends playing sport or in the pub. I’ve recently bought this lovely flat, and I’m looking for someone to share it with. My current flatmate is moving out on the 7th of June as is a student and doesn't require accommodation over the summer.

I am currently completing a masters in AI and Applications, graduating in September and am beginning my career in AI consultancy and architecture as I graduate.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and considerate to move in. Ideally someone in a similar position to me - either completing their masters/starting their career or are already a young professional.

£70pm gas and electricity (I pay a £140pm direct debit, which the credit generally builds up during the warmer months and covers the extra usage in winter)
Council Tax - As Ive been a student im unsure currently. It is council tax band D
