We have a room available in our lovely 4-bed west end flat!

5 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens and a 10 minute walk from Byres Road, the flat is in a chill quiet area just off Queen Margaret Drive.

New build over two floors (with a lift), and private off-street parking. The flat has a bathroom on each floor, as well as a lovely bright open-plan kitchen / living / dining area.

I’m 29 and currently work in hospitality alongside studying to become a holistic therapist. My two flatmates are in full-time employment; Catherine (31) is a doctor, and Dale (31) works in mental health.

We're pretty social and like spending time together, but the flat is also spaced out enough that we're not all stepping on each others toes and can have our privacy when we want it.

We like the flat to feel homely and want someone who can fit in to our wholesome vibe; friendly, social and respectful of the space we've created. Definitely looking for someone to be friends with! Not ruling out students but it's definitely not a party flat.

The property has a large porch area out the back, is a short walk to the big Tesco in Maryhill, Hillhead subway, Kelvin Walkway and Maryhill Canal; so really has everything you need.

Room is spacious with lots of natural light, and comes furnished with a double bed. It faces onto the back garden so is very quiet too!

Rent is £650 ex bills (between £30-£70 depending on the time of year), and council tax is band F (£75). Move in date is 1st May.

Make sure to fire us over a little bit about yourself and what you're looking for in a living situation. Won't be able to get back to everyone so will be prioritising those who send a bit more about themselves :)
