Due to an unexpected change in circumstances I'm unable to continue with university at this time, meaning my room at Clifton House is available for a student seeking accommodation.
The room is a Premium Lower Floor Ensuite. There is a small double bed, desk with chair, view over the internal courtyard, plenty of storage and a decent sized bathroom.
As well as the shared kitchen/living room within the flat, Clifton House has a common room, tv room and gym for all residents. There's also a library and quiet study spaces available.
I didn't have much chance to get to know the flatmates, but they are nice and welcoming.
Clifton House is two minutes away from Kelvingrove Gardens and a ten to fifteen minute walk to Glasgow University.
As a student you are exempt from council tax, and all other amenities are included in the price.
