I am a clean, friendly and easing going guy looking for two easy going, clean and friendly flatmates to share my flat in a leafy and tranquil area of Glasgow overlooking the forth and clyde canal, which you can see in the photos on this ad.

-10 min walk to the gym, swimming pool, large supermarket and climbing centre.
-10 min walk to Queen Margaret Drive for coffee and brunch.

-15 min cycle or 30 min walk along the canal to the city centre.

-15/20 min bus ride to the city centre on the number 60/60a/61/61a/17/10, to get to Strathclyde Uni, Glasgow Art School, Caledonian University, the City of Glasgow College.

About me:

I am a 30 year old Italian guy who works and studies aerospace engineering part time. I am usually out from 7am-7pm and frequently travel for work and leisure, so you'll often have the flat to yourself.

I am friendly and love to socialise, which I would like to do with future flatmates in our home. If you want to invite anyone over, I am chill about this.

I also love to cycle and you'll find me cycling along the canal quite a bit!
I promise to be a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate and would like to find individuals with these same values.

I have shared flats previously with people from different backgrounds and cultures, which has been really enjoyable. I am happy to provide references from my old flatmates if you so wish.

Bills:
-Rent: £650 pcm for the smaller room and £750pcm for the larger room
-Bills: approx. £50 per person pcm (including wifi, gas and electric. The monthly bill will be divided between the three of us and can fluctuate throughout the year based on usage)
-council tax: band B - approx. £50pcm (free if you are a student)
-deposit: £650 (one months rent) to be paid when moving in along with the rent for that month
-contents insurance is not covered, so you will need to arrange your own contents insurance for your personal items
