Lovely room in Hyndland

I live in a lovely 2 bedroom fully furnished flat in Hyndland and sadly my flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for a new flatmate for the second bedroom.

The flat has a relaxing homey feel, beautiful views, and is in a quiet building surrounded by trees. The available bedroom is fully furnished with great closet space and a lot of additional storage space in hallway closets. The shared lounge is very roomy with a big sofa, dining table, and nice west facing windows. The kitchen is large and has an in unit washer. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The building also has a large well maintained garden, washer and dryer in the ground floor, and access to secure parking. It’s a quick walk to shops and restaurants in Hyndland and 15 minute walk to the University of Glasgow, Hillhead subway, and all the restaurants and cafes along Byres road. The rent I listed includes broadband, TV, electricity, and council tax — if you are student the total cost would go down a bit which I can share more about.

I am a Masters student at the University of Glasgow who enjoys hillwalking, exploring the music and art scene throughout the city, and I’m currently trying to find my favorite bakery in the neighborhood.
