Room with shared bath in Finnieston

FEMALES PREFERRED.

We have a room available very close to Kelvingrove Park and 15 mins walk to the UofG campus. Grocery stores, post office, train station (Exhibition Centre 10 mins away) all at a walking distance. Kelvinhall Subway station (15 mins walk). Room has a double wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.

Bathroom is shared with one other flatmate. Kitchen is shared with 2 other people (including myself). Rent is excluding bills (in summer we pay around £35, in winter depending on usage £50-70). First floor, the building also has a lift. The property is an HMO and has a common garden and parking for everyone to use.

We avoid male guests in the house for everyone’s comfort as we’ve had safety issues before, so if you can respect that and avoid this too, that would be great.

We’re looking for someone who is mindful of noise levels, is clean and tidy, and doesn’t need to be reminded to clean up after themselves (after they use the kitchen/bath etc).

We are two females (one Masters student and 1 PhD student, both at the UofG). We are both busy and keep to ourselves but also happy to have a chat if you’re up for it. Please contact me if you’re seriously interested 😊
