Flatmate (Lee) is a lovely and sociable doctor and has been a friend of mine for years. His hours are very intense so you'll often have the place to yourself too! The place is always kept tidy and Lee is very easygoing about all that. The music equipment in the pics is mine so don't worry about noise either.
1 bathroom shared between 2, a lovely cosy living room, and a small kitchen with plenty of facilities/ utensils. Decent room with desk and plenty of storage. There are also 2 massive storage cupboards in the flat so you'll have plenty of space.
Hyndland is a lovely area, very peaceful with parks, cafes, shops, and pubs all within walking distance. The flat is a 5m walk from Hyndland train station and 10m walk from Partick for subway etc. 15m walk from Byres road.
