You’ll be living with 3 friendly female Master’s students from University of Glasgow and Glasgow Caledonian University.

The flat is clean, calm, and respectful. We share responsibility for keeping the common areas clean and organised. We all value personal space but are happy to hang out sometimes – occasional pizza nights or casual chats in the kitchen 😊

💡 Bills (shared between 4)

Internet: approx. £60/month

Electricity (winter): approx. £170/month

Gas (winter): approx. £170/month
(Bills are significantly lower in summer.)

All payments are made directly to the landlord.

We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and of student status only.
