Double Room in 2-Bed Flat – West End, Glasgow (Canal Views 🏡)

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share my 2-bedroom flat just off Glasgow’s West End.

📍 Location
• 5-minute walk to Tesco
• Bus stop nearby with links to the city centre (around 30 mins)
• Around a 30-minute walk to Glasgow Uni
• Balcony overlooking the canal

• Furnished double bedroom
• Main bathroom (bath & shower)
• Shared living room and kitchen
• Balcony with lovely canal views

👩‍🎓 About Me
I’m 32 and currently doing a Masters in Speech and Language Therapy. During term time I’m usually out at uni or on placement, though my routine can vary around exams and holidays. I keep busy but enjoy having a relaxed, friendly home environment.

🐶 Important – There’s a Dog!
I have a 3.5-year-old dog called Trotsky, so you’ll need to be a dog lover. She’s very well behaved (doesn’t jump on sofas or beds), but she can try to sneak out the front door if it’s left open — and any food or papers left on the floor are fair game!

🌿 Home Vibe
I’m ideally looking for someone who’s happy to have the occasional chat, meal, or drink together — it would be lovely to live with a friend rather than just a housemate. That said, I also respect personal space and downtime.

In my free time I enjoy painting, pottery, jogging, aerial circus, travelling and hiking. If you’re new to Scotland, I’d be more than happy to show you some great local spots.
