One spacious double room available now! It has a king size bed, wardrobe with hangers, extra clothes rail, desk and chair, large mirror, shelving, bedside table, curtains, lampshade, 2 bedside lights and a small cupboard all included. Kingsize bed topper, bedspread, and kingsize sheets (all practically brand new) included. Rug is the only thing not included. Sorry!
The room is very bright and really large with high ceiling and lovely view over Great Western Road.
We share one bathroom and one kitchen, and have the large hallway as a communal space, but not a proper living room. However, the bedrooms are so big, that's not a problem.
No council tax to pay.
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a tenement building. Not wheelchair accessible.
I am only leaving as I have left GSA early, so there is 3 months left of my tenancy agreement from 1 March to 31 May, but you can move in immediately.
The flatmates are lovely - 2 girls and one boy - all studying in their 3rd year at GSA.
They are fun and sociable and very easy to live with.
The flat is available now. The room is clean and tidy and ready to move straight into. All you need is a duvet and pillows.
