Cozy Cheap Room - West End Flat Share

I have to move out of my flat due to some financial personal circumstances but the boys I live with are lovely and have looked after me over the past months so very sad to go but happy to see relieve for my financials.

The flat is on Argyle Street in West End with quick access to VOI bike stations in either direction, easy walking distance to Partick. Exhibition Centre is around the corner and Charing Cross is only a 15 minute walk away if that’s more convenient. We’re right next to a Day Today which closes at 2am Monday-Saturday and 12am Sunday. Always handy for a cheeky midnight snack.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy so that I can move out as I am under financial stress as my circumstances have changed and thus renting a room is no longer the best course of action for me.

Our letting agent is wonderful and is always quick to solve a problem! Easily contacted by phone or email as well!

Students are exempt from Council Tax but we are a band C if a non student is applying. My flatmates are students also so they are exempt and thus you would be expected to pay the whole council tax fee with the discount applied for by 2 students (you must organise this yourself with GCC). We are a Band F for Gas and Electricity and we usually end up paying around £30-50 each month for gas, electrics and WiFi.

Please let me know if you’re interested: need someone to take the tenancy hopefully starting 15/3/26 but can be sooner upon request at no charge.

Rent and bills are paid 15th every month.
