The room is avaliable from the 1st May, with the contract running until the 29th August - however it can be renewed.

Rent is £270 p/w, but would be paid in a single installment of £4350, which covers the entire May-September period. There is also a £300 security deposit.

The building has many amenities, including a gym, pool tables, cinema/games room, study areas, ping-pong tables, basketball court, garage for parking (at additional cost), as well as laundry facilities, a safe storage room for parcels, and a 24/7 manned reception area.

Tenants must be students attending university.

You would have the studio to yourself, equipped eith a private kitchen and bathroom, as well as massive amounts of storage, a double bed, TV, land arge desk space. All bills, including broadband and council tax, are included.

You would be taking over my contract, which must be agreed before the 1st of May.
