Double room avaliable in middle of Finnieston right by Kelvingrove Park at the end of May.
Room is unfinished so you will need your own furniture. The living room furniture also belongs to my flatmate moving out so if you have anything that would be great. If not I plan to replace most things!
Bills are on a smart meter so change week to week but council tax is around £90 per person.
I'm a teacher so I'm not in a huge amount. On the weekends I'm usually decompressing from the week or hiking with friends. I'm pretty laid back and will happily respect your space, but ideally I'm looking for someone relaxed who enjoys nights watching bad reality tv, getting dinner, or going for drinks etc.
