Hello! I’m renting out a double room in my two bedroom flat.

The room is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There’s a large living room, kitchen-diner and modern bathroom. Masses of storage space in the hall cupboards as well. Shared garden out the back for bins and laundry.

Windows are double glazed and boiler is pretty new so all very energy efficient.

Located in Woodlands in the West End, very close to a Subway station and bus stops into town/Partick etc. The street is a no-through road so very quiet, building is mostly young families. On street parking available.
* 15 minute walk to Glasgow University
* 10 minute walk into town
* 10 minute walk to Lidl
* 15 minute walk to the train station
* 17 minute bus to Big Tesco :)

Rent is £680pcm excluding bills but is generally around £86 for gas, electricity and WiFi (will go down for summer yay!)
Band D council tax, I don’t pay it as a student but you’d still get the single-person discount if you do.

The room is available 15th April but I’m pretty flexible with entry dates.

The flat tends to be pretty quiet, I’ll have friends over for dinner etc and love a natter over tea but not really a party flat if that’s your vibe.
