Two Rooms Available in Woodlands, Glasgow West End

Hello, I have two rooms available in Rupert Street, Glasgow (Woodlands) G4 9AP. The smaller room is available from April, and the bigger room from May.

🥾Transport: 5 mins walk to St. George’s subway station, 30 mins walk to central, 15 mins walk to glasgow uni. We are close to woodlands road and great western road, both of which have regular buses.

🏡Rent: £630-45pp (inc. council tax - band D), bills are usually £40-70pp depending on season. The flat is managed by A&S Properties, there will also be a deposit which I believe is around £616pp.

☀️Looking for: preferably (mature) students, although accepting working professionals too - ideally looking for folk aged between 25-35, but willing to be flexible.

🛏️Furniture: both rooms come furnished (although some furniture pictured will be going), there is one shared (small) toilet with a shower, a small kitchen and a shared living room.

👋About me: you would be living with me, Esme (25, non-binary AFAB & queer), an archaeology student who is about to graduate in the summer. I’m generally quite a quiet person, and would appreciate a quieter flat, although I do love a good yap once you get me going. I’m really into crafting, music, reading and being outdoors. I’m also a keen climber and gym goer. As a flat, I would love to partake in movie nights, game nights or general “parallel play” in the living room. We previously had shared meals and a pub quiz once a week, so I’d be happy to keep that tradition going too.

🧹Flat rules: It is really important to me that flatmates are communicative and considerate of keeping communal spaces clean and tidy, therefore I’m looking for folk with some shared living space experience, and good communication skills! Currently we have set jobs that we carry out weekly, this has been working to some extent, however I would be keen to discuss a new plan after both rooms are filled.

🛁Accessibility: the flat is on the ground floor but there are two steps to enter from outside, additionally some spaces are tight (especially the kitchen and toilet) therefore probably wouldn’t be accessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility difficulties.
