Double bedroom in West End - 700pcm bills included

We’re renting out a furnished room in our 4-bed flat in Woodlands. The room comes with a gigantic wardrobe, a double bed, desk, armchair, and private toilet. There is a private bathroom (bath only) but a more comfortable shared bathroom with a shower can be used, too.

You would share a big kitchen with us with a large dining table, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and lots of utensils. We also have access to a shared garden.

The underground is less than 5 mins walk away, the train stations are 5 mins by bike, Glasgow Uni a 10-15min walk. There is on-street parking (permit required).

The rent is 700 per calendar month, or 250 per week if staying for less than a month. All bills included - WiFi, gas, electricity, city tax, bi-weekly cleaning of the common area.

The flat is shared with us, a friendly gay couple. I work as a lecturer at University of Glasgow, my partner is an environmental consultant. We enjoy the outdoors, hiking, sports, good coffee, concerts, and the occasional drink or two or three.

We don’t have any pets, but wouldn’t mind a friendly dog or cat.
