Hi, I’m Kristyna, a 38-year-old personal trainer based in Glasgow.

I’m looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to join me in my spacious two-bedroom tenement flat in the quiet Hillhead area from the beginning of May. Ideally, this would be a long-term arrangement.

As a personal trainer, my schedule can be quite varied and social during the day, so I really value a peaceful and relaxing environment when I come home. In my free time, I enjoy reading, catching up with friends, and cooking.

I’m seeking a considerate professional, roughly mid-twenties to early forties, who is respectful, communicates well, and is tidy. Someone who isn’t into frequent partying would be ideal — I’m after a calm and harmonious living situation.

The flat is bright and spacious, with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It’s perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove Park, with excellent public transport links (the nearest subway and bus stops are also a short 5-minute walk away).
It features central gas heating and a shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.

You would have the master bedroom, which is fully furnished with a large king size bed, a big wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There’s plenty of space for an additional desk or vanity unit. The room also benefits from a newly fitted double-glazed window.
