I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in our 2 bed flat. The flat is located in Glasgow’s West End, a 5 minute walk from Glasgow’s Botanic Gardens and only 15 minutes from Hillhead Subway station.
Both the flat and available room are very light and spacious. The room has great storage as well.
Rent is £700pcm, council tax £75 and bills vary between £40 - £80pp depending on the time of year. Broadband is included in the price of the rent.
