I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room, as he is moving to another city.

The flat is located at a very convenient location with access to bus stop for M3 right in front of the house, 60/60A/61/17/X10 bus stop 5 minutes walk. Subway station 15 minutes walk

Nearest local stores are Tesco- 10 min walk, Lidl- 13 minutes walk, Sainsburys- 15 minutes walk, Tesco Extra- 15 minutes walk

Nearest Gym- JD which is 10 min walk

One of the best things about the flat is the lovely canalside view, and it’s also located right opposite Firhill Stadium, which makes the location really nice and convenient. Ruchill Park is right behind the flat.

I’m social but also respectful of privacy and like to keep the flat comfortable for everyone. I am a vegetarian, I do prefer someone with similar food preferences, but yes, I am a bit flexible for that.
