Room in beautiful flat to sublet this summer

Hi! I will be subleasing my room in my flat from June 1-September (1-15, flexible end)
The flat is a 5 minute walk from the Botanic Gardens, 20 minutes from the University of Glasgow, and 12 minutes to the nearest subway stop (Kelvinside).

About the flat: High ceilings, lots of windows, beautiful kitchen and living room.
You would be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.

About the flatmates: Three girls, all mature students aged 23-25. Two of which will be working full-time in Glasgow this summer, and the other working on her PHD full-time. We are looking for someone who can respect those schedules and keep it chill on weekdays, but of course we love to dance on the weekends!

We like to keep our flat very tidy, so as a potential flatmate we’d expect you to keep things neat and clean :) Must also be a woman and LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets, and no smokers please.

Rent is £640.75 per month + bills (around £40). We do not pay council tax as we are all full-time students.
