Looking for a clean, tidy and sociable girl to sublet my room in a beautiful flat in Park District, Glasgow from 1st May to 1st September (flexible on dates if needed).

The flat:
Fully furnished 4-bedroom flat with 2.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a large, bright, comfortable living room. The flat is very spacious, making it ideal for both socialising and having your own space.

The room:
Fully furnished bedroom with King size bed. The bed is an ottoman so plenty of storage space underneath. Large window so the room is always bright.

Rent:
£700 per month
Bills: ~£56.50 per month

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with friendly, sociable girls who are always up for going out, but are also respectful and keep things quiet at home. We enjoy spending time together in the living room, but everyone also has their own space in their rooms due to how spacious the flat is. The girls enjoy going for coffee, walks, going out for food or drinks, going to the gym etc.

Location:
Located in Park District in the West End, one of the most desirable areas in Glasgow. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and the university.

Looking for someone who is:
Clean, respectful and easy to live with but also enjoys socialising.
