About me:
I’m a 28 year old young professional who recently moved to Glasgow. I work hybrid, going in once or twice a week.
I enjoy cooking, running, reading and hiking.
About the flat:
The flat is in the Woodlands, just off Great Western Road and a minutes walk from St George’s Cross subway station. Quick 25 minute walk to the city centre. On the other side it’s a 5 minute walk to Kelvingbridge and Kelvingrove Park.
It’s a two bed with a bright living room and spacious, well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom features a tub and separate shower.
The room is furnished (double bed, wardrobe, large dresser) and overlooks the communal garden.
I’m looking for someone who is happy to chat around the house and make themselves at home.
Flexible on move in dates, ideally looking for someone moving in between May 11th and June 1st. Postgrads and working professionals preferred.
Bills are around the £200 per person per month.
