About the flat
- 5 mins from subway and Kelvingrove park
- 15 min walk to UofG campus
- Shared bathroom, kitchen, and seating area
- Beautiful wee courtyard and garden
- Approx move in date 1ST JULY, but this is flexible!
- Rolling contract
- Bills (electric, gas, wifi) are ~£50 each extra per month, so around £600 for rent and bills altogether
- We have a cat!!! Must be cat friendly

- Bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe included. Desk and chair also included but not the ones pictured (can send pics)
