Double room in recently refurbished ground floor flat in White Street. Ideal location - just 20 yards off Byres Road. Would suit one other student to share with existing tenant (postgrad student). Room nicely furnished with double bed, desk, bookcase etc.

Due to lack of a shared living room it probably suits someone more interested in somewhere quiet rather than a party flat.

Due to the council tax (band B) - it would not be good value for someone who isnt a student (you'd end up paying another > 80 pounds per month for the council tax)

Due to the location - it is ideal for Glasgow Uni, but also very close to Kelvinhall Underground so for those who want to live in the Byres Rd area and travel to GSA/Strathclyde/Caledonian it's pretty good.

The flat has a new cooker, washing machine, microwave, gas safety cert, electrical safety cert.

Recently upgraded Virgin Broadband is provided free (included in rent).
