I have a lovely Double Room in the West End of Glasgow, 5 mins walk from the Botanic Gardens and 10 mins from the University, Hillhead Underground and the cafes, bars and shops on Byres Road.

The light and spacious 4 bedroom top floor flat is in Great Western Terrace in Hyndland. There is secure main door entry. Available for use is a large kitchen (with all the modern appliances) and separate laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc).

The bedroom (plus en-suite shower) has a double bed, two wardrobes, sofa, table/chairs and overlooks my roof garden.

The bills (£150.00 pm) are not included. Please note I charge a surcharge November to March as usage is much higher during the winter months.

A bit about me: a single easy going, semi retired professional who works in Television and writes. I'm sociable, love to cook, go see movies and concerts. Active too - play squash, swim, do yoga, hill walk and travel widely.
