Double Room to rent in Kelvindale area within a shared flat. Room is furnished and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and walk in cupboard with plenty of storage space.

Flat is 2nd floor and includes a living room (with TV and PS3), bathroom (with electric shower and bath), and separate Kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher). There is a free public car park right outside as well. The flat is around 10 minutes’ walk from both Mary hill and The Great western road and about a half hours bus Journey to the city centre. Locally there is a large Tesco superstore within 15 minutes walking distance and several local shops with 5 minutes’ walk of the flat.

You would be sharing with one other person a 25 year old male student currently studying at Glasgow Caledonian University in my 3rd year. Ideally I would be looking for another student aged 21-30 but this is not a requirement.

Rent is £247. 50 per month currently and with bills comes to roughly 280 per month. (£247. 50 deposit required as well)
