Hi there!
I have finished 5th-year student studying aeronautical engineering.
My current flatmate moved out so I am looking for a flatmate for summer till start of September.
The flat consists of a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Internet is £17.50 each a month with BT (50 mbps so there will be no issues if you play online games or stream.)
Electricity is around £30-40 each per month. (depending on how much we use the heating)
About me:
Despite the typical stereotype of a student/engineer being lazy and messy; I keep the flat maintained and clean!
I usually just play computer games, read books, go to work and have the occasional drink/night out from time to time.
I like to think I'm easy going and not really anti social but I do like to keep to myself sometimes!
Anyway, preference on flatmate:
Not too fussed really, just not trashing the place/parties. Small gatherings (like 5-6 people are cool).
Keeps the place clean/contributes to chores.
If you want to keep to yourself that's fine by me and vice versa for a chat.
Financially secure. (i. e. ready to pay for the two months)
No smoking inside, I don't mind e cigs though.
