Bright and cosy flat in Kelvinbridge (West End)

I have a lovely room available in a fantastic part of the city available for rent from the 15th of March.

The room is a double room (lockable), there is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower, a shared modern kitchen, a nice living/dining room, two closets. There is on street parking available (plus the car park Kelvinbridge Subway) and the area is very calm and welcoming although it is located in a vibrant part of Glasgow. The property is on the first floor of a tenement house, and our neighbours are all very quiet.

Now something about myself! I am an italian professional, I have been working in Glasgow for the past 5 years and I am now working for myself. I am an active person, with several interests and hobbies; I am very respectful, tidy and quite fun. I am very welcoming, happy to adjust to peoples needs and open for conversation.

I am renting because my flatmate is moving away.

I am looking for a respectful and tidy individual (possibily another woman) for short or long term lease. I would prefer someone who has an active life and interests. I like to live in the cleanliness - I am not an obsessive compulsive, cleaning all the time though! - and I would like to find someone who likes the same and who is respectful for the other person as much as I am. No smokers, please.

I require one month rent as deposit in advance.
All the bills will be shared between the two of us.

I am happy to host you if you have a cat but unfortunately I am allergic to dogs. I am happy to consider shorter rent however, but be aware that ideally I am looking for someone to stay longer.

Gas + electricity: it depends on the use (on average 40£ each)
