I am the (female) owner but am away around 3 weeks a month with work and like to come back to a positive environment. The room is bright, newly furnished with large built in wardrobes, a desk, new bed and mattress. Share of the large living room (2 sofas, dining table), a bathroom with 1 other and a large kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher. Basic Sky TV, Wi-Fi, council tax/gas/electric included.

Looking for a tidy mature professional. The other tenant (female) plus myself are laid back and tidy professionals with respect for privacy. It’s not a party pad but a friendly one with a relaxed vibe in a quiet block on a quiet street, just off Argyle Street (1 min), with its many bars and restaurants, Tesco and Sainsburys. Buses to the centre are a couple of minutes away and it’s around a 9 min walk to Kelvinhall subway and Byres Road. Easy access to the M8 with free parking at the back of the block and permit/meter parking at the front.

Looking for 3 month minimum lease. The room is available to rent from 16 April 2018n - looking for someone to move in as close to this date as possible. Viewings can be arranged with 24h notice.
