Room to rent in relaxed flat

I've got a room in a spacious two bed flat in Firhill, ten minutes walk to Great Western Road, easy access to city centre and over looking the canal. The flat is on the fifth floor and has incredible views over the west end and the city from the juliette balcony in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new fridge freezer, washer dryer, espresso machine, etc and soon to have a dishwasher. I also have fibre broadband up and running.

The room itself is a double room with built in wardrobes, curtains and shutter blinds. You will have your own bathroom (the master bathroom) although it is not ensuite.

You'd be sharing with me, Chris. I'm a 31 year old doctor. I'm laidback, friendly and would like to have someone who would be a friend as well as flatmate. I'm into climbing, skiing, running and music.

Council tax is approximately 65 pounds each a month. The flat benefits from a very well maintained elevator and has been recently redecorated and refurnished. The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress.
