Main rules are:

* Cleanness and order in shared areas. The key for cleanness is to avoid getting things dirty.
* Keep your room tidy and ventilated.
* No shoes at home.
* Eat in the dinning table or with a dinning tray.
* No bad or strong cooking smells: open the windows when cooking, avoid frying food, don't exhaust the space in the bins before throwing them away, etc. Same in the toilet: open the windows, use candles, etc.
* Kitchen clean as it is used
* No noise (TV, Music) after 10pm
* Contribute weekly to clean the house: do at least one cleaning effort per week (use the mop, dusting, etc).
* No parties at home
* 1 month notice before leaving ( the deposit basically)
* 2 weeks test living together

I wake up early during working days (5am) and go to bed early too (9pm) I travel abroad very often. Work, study, meditation, yoga and exercise takes most of my time. I appreciate meaningful conversations but I am very comfortable with silence too.

It is furnished and there is suitable areas and a desk for studying.
