1 Double Bedroom, West End Flat in Woodlands Area

Available from January, for at least 5-6 months, the property is in a fantastic location with a subway stop less than 1 min walk away.

The room available is a double room with a built-in double wardrobe, desk, double bed and some shelving.

I have an en suite bathroom attached to my bedroom so the main bathroom would be mostly yours to use.

There is a good sized living room, kitchen and a small dining room also in the Flat.

My current flat-mate has been using a free car park next to the Flat for about 6 a months now and not had any bother. On-street parking is also available if you’d prefer.

I work as a dentist mon - fri, so usually try to keep big social events to the weekends. Although I am usually away every other weekend in Aberdeen to visit my girlfriend.

Looking for a flat-mate that works, is easy going and likes to keep the place clean. Unfortunately no students due to council tax.

I enjoy watching a bit of sport, football, UFC and recently dusted off my PS controller and enjoy a bit of gaming. I’m pretty chilled out in general and have had around 15 flat-mates over the years and am still good friends with them all.
