West End girl seeking sociable flatmate!

My lovely flatmate is moving out so I've found myself with a beautiful spare double room! The flat is in Glasgow Harbour and therefore is very modern and spacious. I have also furnished the flat with solid oak furniture as well as all kitchen appliances etc. The spare room has a double bed and mattress, built in double wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers and is a very good size. We also have underground parking.

There are plenty lovely cafés and bars nearby plus the flat is less than a 10 minute walk from Partick interchange where the train takes 5 minutes into the city centre or the subway takes 12 minutes. It's also a 20 minute walk to the SSE Hydro, Byres road or Finnieston.

Rent is paid through a letting agent and comes to £400pcm each (plus £400 deposit). The lease will be 6 months starting on 10th March 2018 (although I am ideally looking for someone who would want to stay for longer). Bills will be paid to me at £200 per month which includes band F council tax, energy and broadband. This brings the total to £600pcm including all bills.

In a flatmate I am looking for someone who is well house-trained and respectful of noise. But more than that I'm hoping to find someone who's up for the banter and happy to hang out too! I love playing hockey, going climbing, cycling, walking and travelling but also like to grab a drink with friends at the weekend.
