Cop 26 - Double room close to conferance arena

Room for one person, avaliable for the duration of COP26.

The room is 3m x 3.5m and comes with double bed, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers and desk. Rent includes all bills, council tax, Wi-Fi andTV License.

Payment would need to be up front.

The flat is located on Bank St, which is 25min walking distance to SECC Conferance area, is close to the University, the Westend and 30mins walk from the town centre, It's close to a lot of green spaces (Kelvingrove Park, the Kelvin Walkway, the Botanics) and there are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurant and independent shops in the area as well.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower, and a second toilet.

Fridge and cupboard space can be provided in the kitchen, although cooking facilities would be limited. There is a microwave.

I am a 51yr old professional female, working from home. A 49yr old males professional friend will also be staying during your stay, who will be out during the day.

Parking is a problem around here, so I would not recommend the location for anyone with a car.

Proof of covid vacination and a negative Lateral Flow Test would need to be provided prior to moving in, and please appreciate that all flat inhabitants will be taking a 2x weekly test, to protect each other.
