Looking for female tenant to fill a double bed room. The new tenant will share the apartment with a young professional female engineer that currently works in Paisley. The prospective tenant needs to be clean, tidy, friendly and considerate as she will be sharing another person.

The flat is spacious, modern and the room also comes fully furnished. It was recently decorated and has brand new furniture.

There is parking outside the building. However, you would need to apply for the permit.

The bills are not included, however they are very low. In the winter it’s a bit more but this is a top floor flat meaning we get a bit of free heating from the apartments downstairs.

1 minute walk to St Georges Cross Underground (station is across the road).
10-15minute walk to Glasgow University
10-15minute walk to the city centre
5 mins walk to Lidl, Sainsburys and Pure 24 hour Gym.
1 minute walk to SPAR which also provides postal services.
Looking for female student or female professional.
Gas heating controlled by Hive.
White goods available to use - washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, iron.

No smoking and no pets.

Gas and electric works out on average is about 33/month per person.
Internet is 16/month each.
Council tax of about 53.5/month each (potentially negotiable depending on length of stay)
