Double room in Govan

Hi hi, I am looking for a new flatmate in sunny Govan 🌻

The room is a double with a four-poster bed, drawers, a clothes rail, and a desk. It has huge windows - it's very cold in winter.

The flat:
Photos are a bit old so the flat looks a bit different layout-wise now. We have a kitchen/living room so no separate living room but we do have a roof terrace which is nice in summer ☀️ the neighbours are quite quiet and we all kind of get on/help each other out when we can. Bills aren't included, they're £140 extra per month. WiFi is extra on top of that, it's about £100 every three months, which we split between us. Our landlord is lovely and just lets us get on with things/sorts things out as quickly as possible, and in return we keep the flat in a good state and do some odd jobs around the place.

I'm an Irish professional, I work in an office but I wfh some days (2-3 out of 5 usually). So I'm sometimes around the house quite a bit in the day (but that might change soon as I'm job-searching). In the evenings I either: potter about the house cooking, climb/play sports, or hibernate if it's been a long day. I play Gaelic football (join my team, beginners welcome! 🌞) and like running, eating, going to the pub, and being in the sea.

I see the flat as my home and would like to live with someone I get on with/can have a pint with. I like to keep the place tidy so looking for someone similar, I'm not bothered about dishes left in the sink or whatever but looking for someone who kinda automatically cleans up after themselves/contributes to generally keeping the place in a good state and dealing with maintenance things if our landlord needs us to.
