Quiet And Spacious Double Bedroom In Hamilton

Hello, I have a double bedroom completely furnished which is bright during the summer time and warm during winter. My house is only 1 mile away from the new University of the West of Scotland campus and 10mins by walk from Hamilton West Train Station. The bus stop is only 5mins by walk. Within 5mins by walk you can also find a post office and a convenience store. Main supermarkets are more or less 10mins by walk if you cannot drive.

The room has: double bedroom, double wardrobe, built in wardrobe, a little desk, a beside cabinet with a lamp and 2 shelves on the wall. So plenty of space for you and a lot of flexibility. Furthermore, the room is situated to the back of the house with the window on the private garden: due to its position, it is very bright from May to September and very quiet being away from the street.

You will find in the shared living room a cinema standard TV with Home Theatre surround system and a Nintendo Switch. I have both Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The house (an upper semi-detached villa) has fibre optic broadband, gas central heating and a good size kitchen with dishwasher., washing-machine, fridge-freezer and a range cooker with 2 ovens and 5 burners.

The house has a private and sunny garden and outside plenty of spaces for parking. Neighbours are lovely and the area is very quiet with almost no traffic.

I live with my beloved cat and a very little dog, therefore you need to love animals and have no allergies.

What I'm looking for is a quiet person (I prefer a no-smoking person) which takes responsibility for keeping the shared areas clean and tidy, that loves to watch movies and likes good food (I'm Italian, therefore I always cook everything at home and in large quantities and that's why the range cooker in the kitchen!)

Photos are of the room as occupied by current flatmate, who has lived with me for approx 3 years. Therefore, most of the things you see on the wall and around the bed (if not everything) will be taken away by her. when she leaves.
