Double room in quiet neighbourhood

Double room available in a 3 bed detached house located in a quiet residential area of Hamilton. Room has a king bed with mattress and includes all the furniture and accessories seen in pics, and more (linen, towels etc).
You’d also have the main bathroom (as seen in pics) mostly to yourself. Shared access to open plan kitchen/living room and garden.
All bills included. Regular cleaner which we’d split the cost for (not included in bills).
Property has Wi-fi, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. On-street parking available. Bus to various locations in town, central station or East Kilbride just 2 min walk.
I have 2 cats that do their own thing for most of the time 🙂.
I enjoy socialising as well as having my own space, and will respect yours. Looking to share with an easy-going, respectful and tidy professional. Mon-Fri let considered. Room not suitable for working from home and no couples, sorry.
