Hey, I’m Victoria 👋

I have a double room available in my home that would suit someone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live. The room comes furnished and includes a closet for storage.
The flat is within walking distance of Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi and Lidl, along with a great selection of restaurants, bars, and gyms. It’s located just outside the city centre and is very well connected, there’s a bus stop a minute from the front door, and it takes around 25–30 minutes to get into Glasgow city centre.

I share the flat with one other tenant, and I do travel quite a bit, so I’m not always home. I also have a small Yorkshire Terrier called Dutch who loves a cuddle, so you’d need to be comfortable with dogs 🐶

I’m open to both short- and longer-term lets, with a minimum stay of 3 months. A 30 day notice period is required if you plan on moving out.

The photos are slightly dated as I’ve been away, but there is new carpet in the bedroom and hallway, and the bathroom has recently been updated. The bed is also different, I can’t remember exactly but I believe it’s a king size.

The flat is very much a home, and I’d want whoever moves in to feel comfortable and settled here as well.
