This room is a large double room within a spacious home which is close to travel links to Glasgow and Edinburgh as it is a 2minute walk from the bus stop. Or you can walk 15 mins to lenzie train station. It is maximum 20mins to Glasgow city centre. This home is also close proximity to amenities with a corner shop, leisure centre, beautiful parks and walks at your door step. Also a 15 min walk from the town centre with shopping centre, super markets bars and restaurants.
The home is spacious, warm and welcoming. The garden communal areas are kept to a clean and high standard throughout with lovely neighbours.
I currently have a newly decorated bedroom for rent, this would be your personal space and respected as such. The room has its own furniture which are a; double bed, drawers and bedside table with other furnishings. All brand new.

The whole property is spacious and has not long undergone some renovation and you will have access to all the home except personal bedrooms,

The kitchen has adequate cooking space and breakfast bar to enjoy cooking if thats your thing :) you will have your own cupboards in the kitchen and shelves to store your own things.
There is a downstairs toilet and shower room next to your bedroom, there are 3 bathrooms in total.

Now a little about me I am 33 and work as nurse in the community. I have three children 17,7 and 3. We are a lovely polite family and have experience of sharing our home. We are a busy family as I work 5 days a week so we aren’t in during the day. I personally enjoy socialising , I like history and learning about new things.
You are more than welcome to join us for dinner or a cup of tea after a long day if you wish, at the weekend if you fancy a glass of something stronger then you are welcome.
We also have a toy poodle and a cat if you like pets you can welcome them into your space if you don’t that’s ok they are used to not going into your room.

I would like to think I am a nice and caring person who has built a warm and welcoming home somewhere that everyone can enjoy. I like other peoples company but also respect privacy. I hope someone would enjoy living here again as the current tenant is moving away in April..
