≤ 1 mo stay ASAP - Great location by Maryhill Rd

Hi,

I’m looking for ONE person to rent ONE DOUBLE ROOM room for a SHORT time in a lovely flat on Acre Road, that crosses Maryhill Road. It's available now and until ~7th September.

The room is normally £450pm bills incl. but I'm very flexible depending on how long you'd like to stay. So if it's only e. g. a couple of weeks I'll lower the rent significantly. I'll keep the deposit minimal since it's so short term. We can discuss all of this.

Your room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair (they're missing on the photos but have arrived) and drawer unit/s (more units available). There is also a shared storage room in the hallway where you can put things you don't use much to keep them out of the way.

I've just completed my BSc Hons Physiology and Sports Science degree at UofG and will start a Master's degree in September. I keep quite active but stay in my room a lot nowadays, working on my laptop. Your other flatmate (until 1st Sept) is a mature student who works most of the time. I love to clean so as long as you'll clean your own dishes and keep your things tidy, I'll take care of the rest.

I know it's still summer but there's unlimited heating if this somehow feels chilly to you. There is a large free parking lot if you have a car. The next bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, on Maryhill Road. There are loads of buses that drive here and super easy to get around. Number X10, 17, 60 and 60A take you straight to the city centre. There are a few big supermarkets close to the flat (ASDAs and a Tesco) and there's also a wee convenience store 1 min walk away. We have a printer in the flat and I've just bought a new 50" Philips Ambilight TV (I didn't have it when I took the living room photo). There's both Netflix and Amazon Prime TV, and even a wee popcorn machine. We've also got things such as a smoothie blender, hand blender and mixer, toaster, sandwich grill etc.
