Room in Nouveau Decor Flat, Botanics

Hey all,

My name's Adam, and I'm a Masters student in Literature at the University of Glasgow. I am looking for a roommate from March through Sept (at least). The room is a decent-sized bedroom in a nouveau decor flat, a 5 minute walk from the River Kelvin. The proximity to University of Glasgow and all the west-end amenities is killer, particularly for the price. The apartment features a spacious lounge (two couches, a bookcase, a coffee table, and dining table - picture above is a bit dated, we no longer have the love-seat - all other pictures are pretty accurate), chic modern kitchen and shared bathroom, designated parking, and a nice modern boiler. The area feels superbly suburban despite being just around the corner from a 24-hour Tesco and vibrant local economy on Maryhill Rd and Queen Margaret Drive. 15 minutes walk from Byres Rd. I am hoping to find the perfect roommate by March 1st, though move-in would be March 9th. Roomie would need first and security (month and a half), and a guarantor if they are a student. Utilities are not included, and they will amount to about £50 a month. There is a lease, but it's a rolling lease. No gender preference, and no age-preference.
