All bills included in rent, except for Council Tax (Band C) which will be split between us both. *I am not a student* so the flat is not exempt from Council Tax, which comes to £82.00 each, per month (or with a 25% discount for your half if you are a student).

20 mins walk to nearest subway and good bus links. Lidl and Tesco within a 10-15 minute walk.

I work full time in a City Centre restaurant and have an active social life. Interested in sewing, psychology, world foods and binge watching an entire Netflix series in one sitting.

Looking for someone who's clean, friendly and respectful of personal space to take over my current flatmate's lease.
