Looking for a quiet, tidy person to rent a bedroom with en suite bathroom in a modern privately owned block overlooking the Forth-Clyde canal. The roof terrace views are fantastic, the flat is airy and light and super-clean and close to the supermarkets and shops in Maryhill Rd. It's a 25 minutes walk to Byres Rd and there's free parking. I recently moved back to Glasgow from London and often travel for work, sometimes for weeks at a time. I'm looking for a busy person who goes out to work since I often have to work at home; and who's clean and tidy. The flat comes with all the usual amenities, washing machine, GCH, built in cupboards, etc. Not looking for a noisy night owl.
