Room in ground floor balcony flat (Maryhill)

My current flatmate is moving abroad to start a new job so i'm looking for a new flatmate!
You would have your own bathroom in the picture, as I have my own en suite, the flat is on the ground floor with a balcony and a lovely view (especially in the summer, I moved here 05/2021).
It's a quiet neighborhood (parking included) with people walking their dogs and occasionally kids playing around, the neighbors that i've met so far are lovely and the people living upstairs are very friendly and aren't noisy at all! (We even get the occasional cat visitor on our balcony during the summer)

5 min walk from Maryhill Tesco and 30 min walk from Byres Road.
On top of the monthly £363 rent, and the £413 deposit, the internet is £13.50 each and the council tax is £164 a month for the whole flat, which would be £82 each.

The bills are paid every 3 months, the last bills which we received at the end of July came to around £120 each -- gas and electricity combined, and i've yet to see what the autumn/winter bills will be like with the upcoming price increase, it's not a fixed contract so will vary depending on usage :)

In total, you would have to pay the £413 deposit and £458.50 each month plus whatever the bills will be once they come in every 3 or so months.

About the room: NONE of the furniture (EXCEPT the bed) will be there when you move in, as my flatmate bought everything and is taking it all with her, therefore this would be an ideal room if you're looking for some space for your own furniture!

About me: I'm currently working full time in a pharmaceutical company after recently graduating from UofG.
Apart from working a pretty much standard 8-4 job, I love a good night out, or a movie/boardgame & wine night in, I don't really host parties or anything but definitely not opposed to them!
I'm mindful of people's space and I would really love to actually make good friends with a potential flatmate as opposed to just having someone live in the flat and not really hang out with them much :)
