Double room available in cosy flat- long term only

I have a room becoming available in my flat in Maryhill (West End) from the 1st of August (date non-negotiable). The rent is currently £375 per month, bills (council tax, electricity, wifi, tv license) are around £130.

The flat is a 12 minute walk to the Botanic gardens and cross-roads of Byres Road and Great Western Road, there are very regular buses into the city centre and also Partick that passes through byres road if you don’t feel like walking, the closest subway station is Hillhead- about a 15 minute walk.

The flat is a nice cosy size, there is a good sized kitchen with all necessities and space to bring your own things too, your room has a double bed, built in mirrored wardrobe and small desk but there would be space to upgrade this to a bigger one if you fancied it. The livingroom is a good size with 2 sofas and lots of natural light. There is one bathroom with a shower and a bath (it’s super deep) and there’s a closet in the hall for luggage storage etc.

Looking for someone who has lived in flat shares before and doesn’t mind their own space if I’m out of the flat often (I work in hospitality) but would be keen to hang out when we’re both around. LGBTQ+ friendly.
