About the flat:
It's a 3 bedroom maisonette on Glenfinnan Drive up two flights of stairs. There is a kitchen, living room, small balcony, stairs, a bathroom, and three bedrooms (one single and two double). The bedrooms would come unfurnished, but the kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle. There is also a small round table in the living room.

Bills (all of these would be split three ways):
Electricity: payed by metre, approx. £15.40 per month (total)
Heating: approx. £55.42 per month (total)
Broadband: currently £30 per month (total)
Council tax: Band B, £123.58 per month (total)

Budget per person including rent, bills, and council tax comes out to approx. £339.80

About me:
I am a physics and maths student at the University of Glasgow. I play the piano and clarinet (not at unreasonable hours, of course). I'm quiet but friendly. I like cooking and watching movies. I have a partner, but we live in different cities and visit each other on the weekends.

I'm looking for two flatmates to move in sometime around August. I'm hoping to find a couple who would like to move in, so in that case you could use the two bedrooms however you wish (e. g. one bedroom and one office).
