Quiet residential area, not on the main road.

A bit about me: I’m 28, studying law at university full time. I’m a baker and runner, and also enjoy movies. Not a smoker, no pets. I’d like to keep the flat this way. I’m not a big party person, but like to host friends for meals from time to time.

I’m looking for a female student or professional who will be renting for 1 year minimum. Cleanliness is important to me, so please contact me if you are similar.
