Trans Female- Double Room Available

Hello!

I have a double spare room with built in wardrobe that will be fully furnished by latest 01/26/24. I do not smoke and only drink on special occasions (Brithdays/Christmas). I am located in Motherwell and I am in within 1 mile of 2 train stations (Motherwell, Airbles) where trains can get into Glasgow Central within 30/40min. There is off street parking available and a washing machine available.

The flat will be shared with me, this will be a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. But with the bathrooms I currently have 2 separate ones but my on-suite is the only one with a shower which I am happy for you to use, the common bathroom only has a bath for now, I plan on having a shower installed in the next few months, but the cupboards in the common bathroom I am happy for you to use as personal storage for toiletries.

I am a homebody and enjoy cooking/baking, movies/tv shows, board games, relaxing, nights in and I have currently started to get into reading.

I like to keep the common areas of flat tidy and I am more than happy to share cleaning duties outside of personal rooms which I see as a boundary unless permission is granted. I work from home 9-5 as an IT Project Manager.

I am mainly looking for someone I would get along with/create a friendship with as I would be living with them full time.

The rent would be £625 per month which includes standard bills (Internet, Council Tax, Gas/Electricity) . Food/Toiletries and standard living expenses would not be included but I am happy to discuss weekly cooking schedules :)

I would expect the standard roommate/lodger to be happy with me being trans/LGBTQ+ accepting.
